Plant Doctor / AI diagnosis

Diagnoses and remedies suggested by Plant Doctor are generated by an AI model from a photo and description you provide. They're a starting point, not professional horticultural, agricultural, or safety advice — use your own judgment, especially for anything involving pet safety or chemical treatments. Without Seedripe Plus you get 3 free photo scans each calendar month (India time); a photo we can't read doesn't count.

Orders & fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by partner nurseries near your delivery address, not shipped from a central warehouse. If no nearby nursery has stock, your order may be delayed while we sort out fulfillment manually.

Delivery: in Delhi NCR, free on orders of ₹499 or more and ₹150 below that; elsewhere in India, free from ₹1,299 and ₹299 below that. The app shows the exact charge before you pay.

Seedripe Plus

An optional plan: ₹99 for 30 days, ₹249 for 90 days or ₹699 for 365 days, prices including GST. It gives free delivery on every Delhi NCR order and from ₹499 elsewhere, unlimited photo scans, 10% off soil and fertiliser, and — on paid plans — the 14-day plant guarantee. There's no auto-debit: a plan simply ends, and buying again early adds time after it. Your first paid order gives you a 15-day free trial, once per account, without the guarantee. Changed your mind within 7 days and haven't used a benefit? Write to us for a full refund. A Plus discount and a promo code together take off at most 30% of an order's items.

14-day plant guarantee

If a plant you bought dies within 14 days of delivery while you're on a paid Plus plan, we give store credit for what you paid for it. Switch it on by photographing the plant in the app within 48 hours of delivery; to claim, photograph it again in the app with its Seedripe tag showing. We compare the two photos, and our team may review a claim. Credit is a single-use code valid for 60 days; one claim every 3 months.
