What we collect

• Your phone number and password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text) to create and secure your account.
• Your name, if you add one, shown on your community posts.
• Photos you upload to Plant Doctor, used to generate an AI diagnosis.
• Plants you add to My Garden and the care actions you log against them.
• Delivery address and order details when you place an order.
• Posts you write in Community.

How we use it

• Diagnosis photos are sent to a third-party AI vision service to generate a diagnosis and remedy suggestion — this is not a substitute for professional horticultural advice.
• Your delivery address and phone number are shared with the partner nursery assigned to fulfill your order, and no one else.
• Your login session is kept in a browser cookie so you don't have to sign in on every visit.
• We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how the app is used (pages visited, clicks, and anonymous screen recordings) so we can fix what's confusing. Text you type, like your phone number or address, is hidden from recordings.
• We don't sell your data to anyone, or use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can change your password any time from Settings. There's no self-service account deletion yet — contact us (see Help & Support under More) to request your account and data be deleted.
